Pathfinder Community Connections Recognizes Granite Ridge Builders
As Business Partner of the Year

Pathfinder Community Connections, the Community Development division of Pathfinder Services recognized Granite Ridge Builders in Fort Wayne for their outstanding partnership in 2010. Jeff Teusch, Rural Development Sales Manager for Pathfinder Community Connections presented Lonnie Norris from Granite Ridge Builders with the award at Pathfinder Services Annual Dinner in November. Pathfinder Community Connections began working with Granite Ridge in 2001 with the first home closing taking place in March of 2002. Since July 1st 2009 Pathfinder Community Connections partnered with Granite Ridge to help over 150 families purchase a new home.

"Granite Ridge Builders has been an outstanding builder partner, has compassion and energy in working with low to moderate income families and assisting home buyers with disabilities," stated Teusch. "It is because of great partnerships like we have with Granite Ridge Builders that Pathfinder Community Connections is able to help families achieve the dream of home ownership. The Business Partner of the Year award is a way of our organization saying thank you to Granite Ridge," Teusch concluded. Pathfinder Community Connections is the community development division of Pathfinder Services and was created in 1997. Pathfinder Community Connections guides potential home buyers through the entire process of pre-purchase education, loan packaging, closing on the home, post purchase counseling, and when in need foreclosure prevention.
