Must be "stick built" with basement, no slabs and in harmony with other buildings. Located at least 25 ft. of street-right-of-way and no nearer than 10 ft of other lots. 1-story-1,000 sq. ft., 1-1/2- story-1,400 sq. ft., 2-stories- 1,600 sq. ft. At least a 1 car garage and not to exceed 3 cars. Must complete home 180 days after construction commences. The lot size is an average 1/4 acre.
